We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. 

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Ábekatt item, but if not, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
– It must be returned in its original packaging
– You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty

Please email us at max@abekatt.se before sending anything back. Once we’ve confirmed your return, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

We recommend keeping the original shipping box and packing materials until you’ve inspected your item.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is visibly damaged upon delivery, report it to the courier immediately and contact us within 1–3 business days. If you discover damage after opening, notify us within 5 days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
